You can request deletion of your TürkDonanma Barbaros account and its associated personal data by contacting our support team. You do not need to reinstall the game to submit a request.

Request account and data deletion
How to request deletion
- Send an email with the subject TürkDonanma Barbaros — Account and data deletion request.
- Include your in-game character or captain name and, if you know it, your account or character ID. Explain that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
- We will contact you if additional information is needed to identify the account and verify ownership. The game may create accounts automatically, so your contact email does not necessarily identify your game account.
- After verification, we will explain the expected completion date, process the request as soon as reasonably practicable, and confirm completion by email. If any records must be retained, we will explain why and for how long.
Do not email passwords, session tokens, private purchase tokens, full payment card details, or identity documents unless a specific necessary verification step has been explained. A purchase order reference may help identify an account if you have made a purchase, but a purchase is not required to request deletion.
What will be deleted
Following verification, we will remove or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including account and device links, active session credentials, character and ship progress, inventory, virtual currency balances, personal encounter progress, and account-linked activity or ranking information where applicable. Shared game history may remain only in a form that does not identify your deleted account, unless a legitimate retention exception applies.
Limited retention exceptions
Limited purchase, security, anti-fraud or legal records may need to be retained after account deletion. If this applies to your request, our response will identify the categories retained, the reason and the retention period. Google Play may independently retain its own purchase records under its policies.
What account deletion means
- Deletion permanently removes access to your deleted account and its progress. It cannot be undone through normal account recovery.
- Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete the account.
- Returning to the game after deletion may create a new account; it does not restore the deleted account.
- Deleting an account does not itself issue a Google Play refund. Purchase and refund requests are handled separately.
