2. Information we process
- Account and device information: A one-way digest of the app-generated installation identifier, a privacy-reduced one-way digest created on the device from the Android device identifier, hashed session tokens, language preference, and session timestamps.
- Profile and gameplay information: Player name; Gold, Akçe, power, Nam, and Tesbih values; map position; inventory and equipment; Alp, Beylik, mission, raid, campaign, castle, forest, crafting, bank, and economy records; achievements and rankings.
- Purchase information: Google Play product ID, order ID, purchase time and verification state, granted in-game Gold, and a one-way digest of the purchase token. We do not receive full card or payment details.
- Technical and security information: Request times, action identifiers and results, error records, connection and security logs, and a one-way digest of the user agent. Server and network providers may process IP addresses in technical logs for security.
3. How we use information
- To create and restore your account and provide secure sign-in.
- To operate the online world, progression, economy, campaigns, and multiplayer interactions.
- To verify Google Play purchases and grant in-game Gold only once.
- To diagnose errors, prevent abuse and fraud, and protect service availability.
- To respond to support, access, correction, and deletion requests.
4. Information visible to other players
To provide multiplayer gameplay, your player name, character appearance, approximate in-game position, Nam and Tesbih ranking, Beylik membership, and certain raid, campaign, castle, or economy results may be visible to other players. Your real name, email address, and raw device identifier are not displayed in the game.
5. Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed only as necessary by:
- Google Play: App distribution, licensing, purchases, and payment verification.
- Server, hosting, and network providers: API delivery, real-time game connections, security, and technical logging.
- Authorities: Where required by law or a valid official request.
We do not sell personal data. TürkBeylik 2D currently does not use third-party advertising or behavioral advertising tracking SDKs.
6. Data retention
Account and progression information is kept while your account remains active. Transaction, purchase, security, and anti-fraud records may be retained longer where needed for dispute resolution, accounting, legal obligations, and system security. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until the normal backup cycle completes.
7. Security
The raw Android identifier is converted into a one-way digest before leaving the app and is subjected to a second one-way digest on the server. Session and purchase tokens are also stored as digests in the database. We use secure connections and access controls, although no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
TürkBeylik 2D is not specifically directed to children under 13. Users below the applicable age threshold should use the game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been processed without appropriate permission.
9. Your rights and account deletion
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data. Use the TürkBeylik 2D Account and Data Deletion page for deletion instructions. Deletion may permanently remove game progress, purchased but unspent in-game Gold, inventory, and Beylik membership.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
