1. How to submit a deletion request
- Email [email protected].
- Use the subject TurkBeylik 2D Account Deletion Request.
- Include your exact in-game player name and state whether you want the entire account or specific data deleted.
- If available, include your last Beylik name, approximate last login date, and Google Play order ID. Do not send a full purchase token or payment card information.
We may request additional information to verify ownership and prevent deletion of the wrong account. We will not ask for a password, card number, or raw device ID.
2. Data deleted or de-identified
- Device and installation-based TürkBeylik 2D account mapping and active sessions.
- Player profile, name history, and character appearance.
- Gold, Akçe, power, Nam, Tesbih, inventory, equipment, and progression.
- Alp, Beylik membership, campaign, raid, mission, castle, forest, crafting, bank, and economy records.
- Support and technical records directly linked to the account where they are no longer required.
3. Data that may be retained
Limited purchase or transaction records, such as Google Play order ID, product, granted Gold, and verification state, may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, accounting, refunds and dispute resolution, security, or fraud prevention. These records will not be used as an active game profile. Google Play may separately retain its own records under Google's policies.
Residual copies of deleted information may remain in inactive backups for a limited period until the normal backup cycle completes and are protected for disaster recovery purposes only.
4. Processing time and effect
We aim to complete eligible and verified requests within 30 days. We will notify you if applicable law requires additional time and will send confirmation by email when processing is complete.
Account deletion is permanent. Progress, Beylik membership, inventory, and purchased but unspent in-game Gold may not be recoverable. Reinstalling the app may not restore the old account.
5. Deleting only specific data
To request access, correction, or deletion of specific information without closing the entire account, email the same address and clearly describe the data concerned.
