Konseyim 2D Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how StoryGhibli processes information when you use Konseyim 2D.

1. Who we are

Konseyim 2D is an online game published by StoryGhibli. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to StoryGhibli.

2. Data we process

Account and user ID

We process the account or character identifier generated for the game, together with the player name or nickname associated with that account.

Gameplay data

We process data required to operate and synchronize the online game, including the character’s position inside the virtual game world, progress, resources, missions, crew, sectors, leaderboard information, and gameplay actions.

Purchase records

When you make a digital purchase, we may process the purchased product ID, purchase token or validation result, and transaction status so that we can verify the purchase and grant the purchased in-game content.

Device or app identifier

We process a one-way hashed installation identifier derived from the Android device identifier and associate it with the game account. This identifier is used only to support silent sign-in and account continuity. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

Virtual position only: “Position” means the character’s coordinates inside the Konseyim 2D game world. The game does not request GPS permission and does not collect your device’s physical location.

3. Data we do not collect

Konseyim 2D does not collect or store:

  • credit card numbers, bank account details, or similar payment credentials;
  • GPS or precise physical location;
  • contacts, photos, videos, microphone recordings, or health data;
  • private messages, unless a messaging or chat feature is added and this policy is updated;
  • advertising identifiers or push-notification tokens.

We do not use IP addresses to determine physical location and do not intentionally store IP addresses in the Konseyim 2D game account database. Network or hosting providers may temporarily process connection metadata as necessary to deliver and secure their services.

4. How we use data

We use the information described above to:

  • create and maintain the game account and character;
  • support silent sign-in and account continuity;
  • provide real-time online gameplay and synchronize progress;
  • operate missions, crews, sectors, leaderboards, and the in-game economy;
  • validate purchases and grant purchased in-game content;
  • prevent duplicate grants, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
  • maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the service.

5. Payments

Digital purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your credit card number, bank account number, or similar payment details. We only process limited transaction information necessary to validate a purchase and deliver the purchased in-game content.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the game, including hosting, network security, and Google Play purchase and verification services. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services.

We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, StoryGhibli, or the public.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections such as HTTPS and WSS for data in transit and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Retention

We retain account and gameplay data while the account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the game. After a verified deletion request, associated account and gameplay data will be deleted within a reasonable period.

Limited purchase-validation or security records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate purchase grants, investigate fraud or abuse, or comply with legal obligations. Retained records are not used to continue the deleted game account.

9. Account and data deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your Konseyim 2D account and its associated gameplay data through our Account Deletion page.

Deletion is permanent. After completion, the deleted account, character, progress, resources, and other associated gameplay data cannot be restored.

10. Children

Konseyim 2D is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children contrary to applicable law. A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has provided information may contact us to request review and deletion.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, our data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
