Delete Your Konseyim 2D Account

What will be deleted

After we verify and complete your request, we will delete:

your Konseyim 2D account or character identifier;
your player name or nickname;
the hashed installation identifier linked to your account;
your virtual game position and progress;
your resources, missions, crew, sectors, and leaderboard data;
other gameplay data associated with the account.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Konseyim 2D Account Deletion Request.
Include your player name or nickname and your account or character ID, if available.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account. Do not send your password, payment card details, or bank information.
After verification, we will process the deletion request and confirm completion by email.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will contact you if additional verification or information is required.

Limited data that may be retained

Limited purchase-validation or security records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate purchase grants, investigate fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Such records will not be used to continue the deleted game account.

Important

Account deletion is permanent. Deleted characters, progress, resources, purchases already consumed or granted, and other gameplay data cannot be restored.

Deleting the game from your device does not delete your account. You must submit an account deletion request using the process on this page.
