Konseyim respects user privacy and takes data protection seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the Konseyim mobile application.

• Device Identifier (Device ID): Used to ensure that each physical device is associated with only one game account and to prevent abuse such as creating multiple accounts.
• In-app purchase information: Technical purchase-related data provided by Google Play Billing for processing and verifying in-app purchases.

Konseyim does not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or media files.

2. Purpose of Device ID Usage

The Device ID is used strictly for security and fair-play purposes. It prevents a single user from creating multiple fake accounts that could negatively affect game balance and integrity.

Each physical device can be linked to only one game account. The Device ID is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is not used to identify users in real life.

3. How We Use the Collected Information

The collected information is used only to:

• Maintain account security and integrity
• Prevent multiple-account abuse and cheating
• Provide core game functionality
• Verify and manage in-app purchases

4. In-App Purchases

Konseyim uses Google Play In-App Billing for digital purchases. All payment transactions are processed directly by Google.

Konseyim does not collect, store, or have access to user credit card or payment details.

5. Web Content and Cookies

Konseyim delivers game content through a WebView-based interface. Cookies and session data used on the web side are strictly necessary for gameplay functionality and maintaining user sessions.

6. User Communication

Konseyim includes text-based user interactions such as direct messages and meeting room discussions. These interactions are moderated server-side and are subject to content control, blocking, and reporting mechanisms.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services (for in-app purchases)

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

8. Data Sharing

Konseyim does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
